Grilled Brie with Blueberry Blaze Sauce Recipe

Our blueberries are ripening right on schedule for Blueberry Festival, so we’re getting creative with a new blueberry recipe! Serve this grilled brie with blueberry blaze sauce on a charcuterie board or as an appetizer with crostini.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Brie Wheel

  • 1 Jar Liberty Ridge Farm Blueberry Blaze (find it in our Market Barn!)

  • French Baguette

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)

  • Cedar plank (pre-soaked)

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350° F

  • Slice french baguette into 1/4in slices (the thinner the slices, the crispier your crostini will be)

  • Toss in extra virgin olive oil and salt & pepper

  • Bake for 5-7 minutes until desired crisp is achieved

  • Heat grill to medium heat, around 450° F

  • Place brie in middle of cedar plank and place on grill

  • Grill for about 3 minutes and then flip the brie

  • Remove from the grill but keep on the cedar plank so the smokey flavor can infuse into each bite

  • Pour the blue blaze sauce on top. Sprinkle with fresh blueberries

  • Serve with your crostini or crackers
