Grilled Brie with Blueberry Blaze Sauce Recipe
Our blueberries are ripening right on schedule for Blueberry Festival, so we’re getting creative with a new blueberry recipe! Serve this grilled brie with blueberry blaze sauce on a charcuterie board or as an appetizer with crostini.
Ingredients:
1 Brie Wheel
1 Jar Liberty Ridge Farm Blueberry Blaze (find it in our Market Barn!)
French Baguette
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Cedar plank (pre-soaked)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350° F
Slice french baguette into 1/4in slices (the thinner the slices, the crispier your crostini will be)
Toss in extra virgin olive oil and salt & pepper
Bake for 5-7 minutes until desired crisp is achieved
Heat grill to medium heat, around 450° F
Place brie in middle of cedar plank and place on grill
Grill for about 3 minutes and then flip the brie
Remove from the grill but keep on the cedar plank so the smokey flavor can infuse into each bite
Pour the blue blaze sauce on top. Sprinkle with fresh blueberries
Serve with your crostini or crackers
