Strawberry Pico de Gallo Recipe

As Strawberry Festival quickly approaches, we’ve got another summer strawberry recipe to try! This strawberry pico de gallo strikes the perfect balance between spicy and sweet and is the perfect appetizer for a summer taco night by the pool.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Farm-Fresh Strawberries, Chopped

  • 1 1/2 Cup Red Onion, Chopped

  • 1-2 Jalapeños, Chopped

  • 1/3 Cup Fresh Cilantro

  • Juice from 1 Lime

  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions:

  • Prep all ingredients and combine in a medium to large sized mixing bowl

  • Mix together thoroughly, cover and let sit overnight in the refrigerator (if possible)

  • Garnish with fresh cilantro

  • Serve with tortilla chips
