SCHAGHTICOKE, NY (09/12/2012)(readMedia)– The carnival spirit continues to grow in Schaghticoke, NY with one of the largest and original cornfield mazes that put Liberty Ridge Farm firmly on the map in the hearts and minds of so many fall time explorers. Liberty Ridge Farm’s Cornfield Maze spans over 11 acres and features a passport game to challenge maze goers with trivia and provides hints and clues to assist in navigating the maze. Liberty Ridge Farm commences their fall festival jamboree September 22nd as the Schaghticoke fair departs the Capital Region. This year the 13th harvest season is jam packed with carnival style shows, agricultural adventures, food delights, themed weekends and much more. The Liberty Ridge Farm Market will have home baked delights such as their signature apple cider donuts, fresh pies, popcorn and kettle corn, caramel apples and a wide selection of fall decorations including; corn stalks, pumpkins, haybales and huge fall mums.

Liberty Ridge Farm continues to evolve their wildly popular fall festival that now includes themed weekend events for friends and families of all ages such as; Family Farm Olympics, Western Days and the Harvest Celebration. The farms rustic and refined personality has cultivated memories for 12 seasons with a corn maze adventure and a barnyard filled with over 20 laugh inspiring activities including, The Amazing Jumping Pillow, Giant Gerbil Wheels and an 80 foot underground slide called The Silver Mine chute. It is easy to spend an entire fall afternoon outdoors with over 55 acres of the farm dedicated to family friendly activities. Liberty Ridge Farm has spacious grounds, delicious food selections, community campfires, age appropriate activities and fall adventures in the Capital Region that warm the soul.
