There is still plenty of time in the season to enjoy a Birthday Celebration with Liberty Ridge Farm.  A Birthday party can start with an optional Campfire cracklin for all party attendees.  The party is within feet of Brad’s Barnyard of Adventure and the 11 Acres of Corn Field Wonder corn maze   Fall fun with a barnyard full of adventures and a cabin to enjoy the campfire and cake.  This is a fun time sensitive party, we suggest having guests arrive early or on-time to maximize fun!

Minimum party size is 10 people. Parties larger than 25 we suggest reserving 2 cottages
All reservations for cottages in Camp Celebration require a non-refundable deposit of a minimum of $50.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to reservation time in order to pay for the party. The group leader must check in at Admissions prior to going to your reserved cottage.
Camp Celebration is rented in 3 hour time blocks. Groups must have party cottage cleaned up and vacated promptly by the end of the reserved time.
Everyone who comes onto the farm must pay admission. Parents of guests can either drop off their children with an organizing host (the parent of the birthday child), have a staff member escort their child to the reserved site, or pay admission to accompany child onto the farm.

Family fun in the autumn air !  Come take a break from the norm, and spend an fall day on the farm.  Not farm from anywhere in the Capital Region of NY is an agricultural adventure attraction that has cultivation as it roots in Schaghticoke, NY.  An adventure awaits anyone who visits over 55 acres of jam packed fall fun, carnival style shows, apple cider donuts and apple cider slushies, what a great place for for all ages.  The Liberty Ridge Farm Harvest Season kicks off on September 22nd with, themed weekend events, daily agri-fun and delicious foods and deserts such as; apple cider donuts and homemade pies.

The Liberty Ridge Farm Opening Weekend festival commences the 13th season of cultivating memories on with authentic organic experiences that equal a farm-tastic  fun time.  Friends, families and children ARE INVITED to come to intentionally get lost in the 11 acre Cornfield  Maze, the 2012 maze design is full of twists and turns that are cut out as the American Bald Eagle.

Looking for outdoor comfort?  How about a cracklin campfire, some apple cider, maybe some fresh popped kettlecorn, as you grab a wagon and go for a walk into the pumpkin patch and grab yourself the  great pumpkin.

Family Fun in the Capital Region

The corn maze is the Largest and one of the Original Corn mazes in the Upstate NY region.  The cornfield maze is cut from 13 foot tall corn that spans over 11 acres.  The maze has adventures of twists and turns that sometimes requires the use of our Passport game that has trivia clues that help you navigate your way out of the maze.

A newly crowned Queen kicks off Pumpkin Festival Weekend

The annual Pumpkin Festival on October 15th & 16th will celebrate the newly crowned princess in a weekend pumpkin harvest celebration.  Starting at 1pm each day there will pumpkin painting with opportunities to paint your own pumpkin to purchase and take home, or games such as; the outlandish gourd toss or the delicious bobbing for donuts game that has festival goers competing to eat a donut as it dangles from a string. This is the Pumpkin Princess’ favorite weekend at Liberty Ridge Farm as she makes her annual rounds from the Pumpkin patch to share her grace with all who attend the farm, smiling and posing for photographs.

The amazing Pumpkin Cannon will be shot off every hour, launching pumpkins almost ½ mile away.  You can get in on the action this year with the all new Pumpkin Shooters and Corn Shooters that are located on the pumpkin cannon range.  In festival fashion the farm chef will be serving up delicious pumpkin delights and the farm will offer face painting by Magic Brushes and balloon artistry and jokes by Farmer Bruce.

A new midway style show of danger & excitement start each haunt night at 7pm.  Colleen the sideshow Queen and EvilDan are “Psychic Sideshow”  bringing you the Bread Stick of death as EvilDan risks life and nose when Colleen the Sideshow Queen uses him as target practice with a bullwhip that breaks the sound barrier.

Liberty Ridge Farm is an agricultural tourism destination and working farm on the historic Hoosic River.  In the 12th Season Liberty Ridge Farm has been named the northeast representative for the NASA SpaceFarm7 special outreach program. Pumpkin Patch and Fall Adventure all in one place at Liberty Ridge Farm.

There are some things you just have to do at Halloween, and one of them is venture out to the Pumpkin Patch to find the perfect pumpkin.  If you live in the Albany NY Capital District you are in for a treat, only 30 minutes outside the Capital Region in the areas best kept secret, Liberty Ridge Farm.

Now in our 12th season of serving up smiles,Liberty Ridge has a Fall Festival that entertains the mind, body and spirit with a selection of hands on activities.  Fall Pumpkins, Mums and Fall Decor is available on the farm and thats not all…

Now we know each pumpkin is only perfect in the eye of the beholder, so we have a huge selection of pumpkins…Big tall pumpkins, and short fat ones. We’ve got golden pumpkins, yellow pumpkins, and we’ve even got some white pumpkins—we think a ghost got loose in the pumpkin patch and scared the color out of ‘em!  Need Directions.. Click Here.  So if you are looking for old world country charm, or some fright for the front porch we have the pumpkin to match the purpose.  We’ve even got some gnarly pumpkins, with those ugly, wart like bumps on them that young children just seem to love!

Choose from a selection of harvested pumpkins and gourds, or go pick your own pumpkins right from the field. Walk to the patch or take a trolley ride around the farm, and remember to grab the wagon so your pumpkin gets a ride from the huge patch!

While you are on the farm you can take a walk in the 12 foot tall corn maze that is the center piece of the fall festival.  This year the corn maze is cut in a very special design.  With a NASA celebration happening at Liberty Ridge Farm this year you can come get lost in space in the Hubble Space Telescope Adventure Corn Maze.  A spectacular celebration is under way from September 17th to November 6th 2011 with Our Fall Festival and many many exciting shows attractions and haunting on the corn maze,
