Pumpkin Patch and Fall Adventure all in one place at Liberty Ridge Farm.

There are some things you just have to do at Halloween, and one of them is venture out to the Pumpkin Patch to find the perfect pumpkin.  If you live in the Albany NY Capital District you are in for a treat, only 30 minutes outside the Capital Region in the areas best kept secret, Liberty Ridge Farm.

Now in our 12th season of serving up smiles,Liberty Ridge has a Fall Festival that entertains the mind, body and spirit with a selection of hands on activities.  Fall Pumpkins, Mums and Fall Decor is available on the farm and thats not all…

Now we know each pumpkin is only perfect in the eye of the beholder, so we have a huge selection of pumpkins…Big tall pumpkins, and short fat ones. We’ve got golden pumpkins, yellow pumpkins, and we’ve even got some white pumpkins—we think a ghost got loose in the pumpkin patch and scared the color out of ‘em!  Need Directions.. Click Here.  So if you are looking for old world country charm, or some fright for the front porch we have the pumpkin to match the purpose.  We’ve even got some gnarly pumpkins, with those ugly, wart like bumps on them that young children just seem to love!

Choose from a selection of harvested pumpkins and gourds, or go pick your own pumpkins right from the field. Walk to the patch or take a trolley ride around the farm, and remember to grab the wagon so your pumpkin gets a ride from the huge patch!

While you are on the farm you can take a walk in the 12 foot tall corn maze that is the center piece of the fall festival.  This year the corn maze is cut in a very special design.  With a NASA celebration happening at Liberty Ridge Farm this year you can come get lost in space in the Hubble Space Telescope Adventure Corn Maze.  A spectacular celebration is under way from September 17th to November 6th 2011 with Our Fall Festival and many many exciting shows attractions and haunting on the corn maze,

Liberty Ridge Farm has the fall mums, pumpkins and a whole day of adventure & activities for families in one place. Liberty Ridge Farm is more of an Adventure Farm than a typical agricultural farm with a fall celebration taking place each day of the season.  Our fall decorations, pumpkins and mums will make your home, that cozy fall place to be.

We have an assortment of Indian corn, hay bales, corn stalks, and gourds to help you properly prepare your home for Halloween!  Ttake a walk thru the right hand maze, in this pumpkin labyrinth you can only turn right, can you make it to the end without getting stuck ?
