With our 2011 Hubble Space Telescope Adventure Corn Maze and our All New Jumping Pillow, the Albany Saratoga Capital District has only a 30 minute drive to share a farmtastic celebration during this harvest season. Have you ever seen a Jumping Pillow ? Odds are if your kids see it, they will want to jump again and again. This special attraction has some added benefits to it, you as a parent can jump and enjoy this activity together with your child. We hear belly laughs time and again as parents and child jump their ways into each others hearts. Liberty Ridge Farm has some super celebrations planned for the 2011 Fall Season check out our events calendar. Starting September 17th is our Fall Festival, with this years NASA inspired corn maze, we will have you lost in space among the stars. Liberty Ridge Farm is the northeast representative of the SPACEFARM7- a special outreach program aimed at educating children across the US on space exploration. Liberty Ridge Farm is working with NASA in conjunction with 6 other agri-tourism destinations located in the US to educate and entertain families with their corn maze creations. Farm-tastic Birthdays and Company Events are cultivated at Liberty Ridge Farm

SCHAGHTICOKE, NY (04/19/2011)(readMedia)– Farm-tastic Camp Birthdays and Company Picnics are cultivated at Liberty Ridge Farm within the Albany Capital Region.
Liberty Ridge Farm, the leading agritourism destination in Upstate New York, announced today that they are now booking parties for the 2011 Camp Celebration season.
Nestled in Brad’s Barnyard is a little ecclectic corral, made up of four individual cabins each with their own personality that creates the community named Camp Celebration. Cabins are available for birthday parties, small groups parties or social gatherings. Larger groups such as company picnics or corporate events can reserve multiple cabins or the entire camp community.
Camp Celebration offers an outdoor farm-tastic experience; “we have a little something for all ages”, said Cynthia Gifford, Owner of Liberty Ridge Farm. “The cabins are your own little place away from home with private porches and campfires, coupled with our catering that is brought directly to the cabin, partygoers can enjoy all of Brad’s Barnyard adventures and then come back to the cabin when the food is served.”
If you are interested in reservations, each cottage or cabins has a party area, porch, picnic tables and optional campfire site. The cabins are rented in 3 hour blocks at a cost of $50 per cabin, plus admission for each attendee.
With catchy cabin names such as Paddock, Garden and Heritage you can see why Camp Celebration cultivates memories within hearts of all ages. Birthday party packages such as the Hot Dog Roast or Pizza Party last for a 3 Hours at the cabin along with admission to Brad’s Barnyard Adventure that entertains and enlightens hearts with over 20 exciting outdoor attractions.

Liberty Ridge Farm Offers Campers A Day of Fun and Adventure!

Albany, NY — Feb 23, 2011 / (http://www.myprgenie.com) — The Capital Region’s premier agritourism destination opens its gates to summer camp groups for a day of adventure on the farm. Campers experience an awesome time navigating the Capital Region’s largest corn maze and engaging in Brad’s Barnyard activities, full of fun and learning.
“Liberty Ridge Farm‘s field trip is both educational and fun,” said Cynthia Gifford, Owner Liberty Ridge Farm. “In addition to fun in the area’s largest corn maze, kids can experience over 30 educational and fun adventures in Brad’s Barnyard Activities. Not far from anywhere in the Capital Region, Liberty Ridge Farm in Schaghticoke is the perfect place to grow imaginations.”
Farm Adventures begin July 20th and go through September 2nd and are offered every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Groups enjoy three hours on the farm at $8.50 per camper, with no admission charge for staff. A farm fresh option is picking ½ pint of the freshest blueberries to take home for additional $2.
Campers can bring their own bagged lunch, or we offer our farm lunch for an additional $5. TheFarm Hand Lunch includes a hot dog, bag of chips, a bottle of water and our own freshly picked blueberries, served family style. Lunch is served at the “Pitch Fork” (our outdoor kitchen) and at the time specified when placing the order. Picnic tables and shaded areas are available for everyone to enjoy their lunches.
