Liberty Ridge Farm invites you to attend the 2012 Fall Festival of Jubilation !  Come out and enjoy what an amazing fall experience can be on the farm with us at Liberty Ridge Farm.  As the Schaghticok fair departs the Capital Region for another year, our farm is commencing upon our 13th season of adventure.

Liberty Ridge Farm’s fall festival features food, fun and agriculutural adventures that begin September 22nd and run until November 4th.  The carnival spirit continues to grow in Schaghticoke, NY with one of the largest and original cornfield mazes themed after American pride the maze design is cut as a Bald Eagle resembling The Nation’s Bird.
This year the 13th harvest season is jam packed with carnival style shows, agricultural adventures, food delights, themed weekends and even more.  The Farm Market will have home baked delights such as their signature apple cider donuts, fresh pies, popcorn and kettle corn, caramel apples and a wide selection of fall decorations including corn stalks, pumpkins, haybales and huge fall mums.
