2013 Venue Pricing :
Indoor Reception at the Gifford Barn
The Quincy Room – 2,400 sq’, accommodates up to 150 people
Availability:
Year round, 5 hour reception – $2,500
Includes:
- Equestrian decor with beautifully finished harvest tables
- Gorgeous large stone fireplace
- Large wrap around deck overlooking the Farm & Hoosic River
- Bridal Room with full bath. Bride & her party may arrive two hours prior to Event
- Outside catering company will have use of the commercially licensed Farm Kitchen to serve from.
Outdoor Reception in the Event Tent
Event Tent
Availability:
June, July & August, 5 hour reception, $2250 facility charge, plus rental of tent to fit the size of your event and accessories.
September & October, 5 hour reception, $4000 includes 40’ x 100’ tent, sides, perimeter lighting, dance floor, tables & chairs provided to seat 200 people. Tent capacity 400 people.
Includes:
- Bathroom facility at event area
- Bridal Room with full bath. Bride & her party may arrive two hours prior to Event
- Trolley provided to transport guests to Event Tent
- Caterer’s cooking area provided
Ceremony Site
The farm provides: Transportation by trolley of guests and bridal party to ceremony site, seating, light beverage station, decoration, one hour rehearsal time and event coordinator, $550 with reception booking, $1000 ceremony only (certain dates and times available).
Catering Packages:
Liberty Ridge Farm offers the Farm House Kitchen Wedding Menu Selection or you may bring in your own outside licensed catering company. We have relationships with Old Daley Catering Co. and Longfellows that offer full package alternatives for your celebration. Liberty Ridge Farm focuses on providing enough choices to make your experience the all that you had hoped for and more.
