March 30th from 8 am- 1:30 pm at Liberty Ridge Farm the 2nd annual Easter Egg Hunt and Adventure Breakfast    Although it is unclear where exactly the egg hunt tradition stems from, eggs and bunnies are symbolic of spring and rebirth.  Birds tend to lay their eggs in the spring, and rabbits are very fertile animals whose babies are known to scurry about this time of year.  Just as these symbols have turned into tradition, Liberty Ridge Farm’s Easter Egg Hunt and Adventure Breakfast has become a highly-attended and anticipated event within the community.

Liberty Ridge Farm’s popularity stems from their family friendly farm hosting their agricultural fall festival for over 14 years.  Children of all ages and their families are invited to take part in this year’s Easter Festivities.  The adventure breakfast event is offered by reservation only, tickets will not be sold at the door. This year Thousands of eggs have been stuffed in advance of the celebration and in a Liberty Ridge Farm tradition each child in attendance will receive an egg with the Golden Ticket that is good for a Free fall admission to the farm worth $10.50.

The event begins with 8am seating for breakfast and continues with 9,10 & 11am seating’s each followed by Easter egg hunts.  Special visit and interaction with the baby farm animals and photo opportunities with the Easter bunny will continue until 1:30pm.

SCHAGHTICOKE, NY (02/27/2013)– Liberty Ridge Farm is proud to announce they are now accepting reservations for their 2nd Annual Easter Egg Hunt and Breakfast with the Easter Bunny.

Liberty Ridge farm will be hosting their “Breakfast with the Easter Bunny” on Saturday, March 30th, 2013 from 8 am to 1:30 pm. This spring event has become a family tradition in the Capital Region, offering friends, families and children an Easter Egg adventure experience.

Attendees of the Easter Festivities will enjoy a buffet breakfast; age appropriate Easter Egg Hunts, picture time with the Easter Bunny and special interaction with baby farm animals. This year the buffet breakfast includes: pancakes, french toast sticks, scrambled eggs, home fries, sausage, bacon, apple cider donuts and beverages. Children can enjoy the Easter Bunny’s favorite drink of pink lemonade and receive a Liberty Ridge Farm souvenir cup. The cost is $13.95 for kids, $15.95 for adults, with children under 2 admitted free. Each child attendee will receive a Golden Ticket good for Free admission the farm in the fall, with a face value of $10.50.

Easter Bunny Breakfast adventures in the Capital Region of Albany NY

All Attendees of the Easter Bunny Adventure will enjoy a buffet breakfast, Children attendees will enjoy an age appropriate Easter Egg Hunt and receive a Liberty Ridge Farm bag with a Golden Ticket as well as a Liberty Ridge Farm Souvenir cup. The golden ticket is good for a Single Fall Admission Pass worth $10.50.

In response to overwhelming demand for our Easter Bunny Adventure we have created reservation times for scheduled

breakfast seating’s of 8am, 9am, 10am & 11am, in the Gifford Barn, followed by the children’s Easter Egg Hunts. After each scheduled breakfast seating is complete, children will commence on their Easter Egg hunts. The farm adventure continues til 1:30pm to allow for leisurely fun visits with the baby farm animals, photos with the Easter Bunny, cozying around the crackling campfire and more.

This year the Buffet breakfast includes: pancakes, French toast sticks, scrambled eggs, home fries, sausage, bacon, apple cider donuts and beverages. Children can enjoy the Easter Bunny’s favorite drink of pink lemonade and receive a Liberty Ridge Farm souvenir cup.
